This very large property in an exclusive gated La Quinta community was completely remodeled, back and front. Most of the existing citrus trees were removed and replaced with a new ficus hedge, new young Citrus, and desert plants. We removed more than 50% of the grass to reduce water consumption. The pool and patio area were remodeled with new desert plantings and lighting. Artificial turf and acid washed concrete enhance the modern contemporary look.
